REFUNDS & RETURN POLICY
At joliestouch.com our customers are important to us and we want you to be happy with your purchase.
It's important that you inspect your goods as soon as possible after they have been delivered. If you are not happy with an item and the item is not faulty, you must return it to us in its original condition (the condition in which it was sold) and original packaging. We do not accept returns in any custom bouquets per customer request.
Product(s) should be:
- Returned within 10 days from shipping date
- In original condition and original packaging
- Received in sellable condition
- All returns will be inspected and must be 100% complete
- We do not accept returns in any custom bouquets per customer request
All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee on all returnable items within the 14 days of the purchasing date. Buyers and responsible for all return shipping fees unless a wrong or defective item was sent by the seller. We carefully inspect all our orders before we ship, use extra protective material to pack all products and provide detailed product descriptions to eliminate any returns. 20% restocking fee will be withheld from the final refund after we received and inspect returned items. By completing a purchase you agree with our policies.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- We do not accept returns in any custom bouquets
BUYER PROTECTION
If you are unable to receive the package within 20 days, please contact us at info@joliestouch.com with the order reference number and we will issue you a full refund.
Orders take approximately 4-5 business days to make and 3 days for shipping. All our items are handmade and we need time to process and make. If you have a request for a faster time we can process your order faster per request and additional charge.
